BOOKING CONDITIONS

1. A group is composed by a minimum of 15 pax
   
   
2. Every 21^st Person in double room free of charge
   
   
3. All reservations must be confirmed by fax, e-mail or letter
   
   
4. Payment conditions,detailing deposit,final payment requirements and cancellation conditions will be given after time of booking by offered Hotels
   
   
5. Generally for cancellation is valid following (for group) :
   • no charges till 31 days prior arrival
   • 34-26 days 25% of first night
   • 25-20 days 35% of first night
   • 19-13 days 60% of the first night
   • 12-6 days 90% of booking value
   • 5-0 days 100% of booking value
   • no shows 100% of booking value
   
   
6. Generally for cancellation is valid following (for FIT) :
   • till 48 hours prior to arrival no charge
   • within 48 hours 100% of the stay
   
   
7. Generally for payment is valid following (for groups) :
   • the full amount must be pay us no later than 35 days prior to arrival
   • should the booking be made within 30 days, the full amount must be pay immediately
   
   
8. Generally for payment is valid following (for FIT) :
   • the prepayment will be required
   
   
9. The rates and prices are counted according to the actual exchange rates between CZK, USD and EUR (October, 2004) published by the bank CSOB (Czech Republic). In case the exchange rates changes more than 3%, CZ EuroTour s.r.o. has the right to adjust the price.
   
   
10. The Rooming list must be received no less then 15 days before arrival of the group
    
    
11. Children Policy will be given by offered Hotels
